Customer Returns Policy – Defective and Damaged Goods

Damaged Items:

On rare occasions where products have been damaged in transit, please inform our sales team immediately in writing. If on receipt you suspect the items have been damaged in transit please indicate ‘DAMAGED’ on the carrier’s delivery note. You will then have 3 working days to inform us in writing (after receipt of goods). All damaged goods must be returned and pre-paid for delivery.

Defects.

Our Quality Control process does not allow for defective goods to be shipped. In the rare circumstance that a product has been delivered with a defect we will replace with new. Clients are required to notify Sign and Image Australia within 7 days. Defects do not include artwork errors after client approval has been given.

Complaints.

All complaints should be made in writing, addressed to The Director and sent to Final Image Bureau Services Pty Ltd. using the contact details listed below. You should then expect a written response in return.

The governing laws relating to these terms and policies are “The Privacy Act Australia”and “The State of NSW”
